We assist seniors in reducing legal fees by aiding them in drafting documents that outline their medical care preferences and final life directives.

We have a Notary Public on staff to notarize your documents. Our notaries are certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The Gracious Grannies Basketball Team, founded in 2015, encourages senior women aged 50 and above to transition from the couch to the basketball court. They engage in the traditional six-on-six basketball format.

We incorporate GeriFit exercises into our warm-up routines. GeriFit is designed for seniors and is recognized as one of the premier programs for older adults.

The Gracious Grannies Basketball Team has excelled in communication both within our program and with the local senior communities. We visit elderly apartments and retirement communities, bringing arts and crafts as well as hosting basketball tryouts.
